Fergus a trusted dentist with a special interest in periodontics, based in Yorkshire.

He has been practicing in Yorkshire since graduating from the University of Leeds in 2014.

As well as practicing general dentistry he works extensively in the field of periodontology and takes referrals to improve patients’ periodontal health through patient education, managing complex gum disease and treating issues such as gum recession.

Fergus has a passion for education and frequently lectures to dentists for the Yorkshire deanery, as well as being involved in teaching Clinical Perio MSc students at UCLan. He also runs hands-on CPD courses for qualified dentists, to teach them about the diagnosis and management of periodontal disease.

He has recently been awarded with fellowship of the College of General Dentistry and has been selected to be the GDP representative for the British Society of Periodontology's ECG.

He frequently attends courses and events across Europe to keep up-to-date with the latest developments and techniques in periodontology.

Practical Periodontology for the GDP

This is a course designed to follow periodontal therapy through non surgical to surgical techniques, with the opportunity to practice on pigs jaws over 2 days and explore more advanced surgery for the GDP.

Mastering Periodontal & Endodontic Diagnosis & Management in General Practice

Comprehensive training in making accurate periodontal and endodontic diagnoses, as well as effectively managing cases where complex periodontal and endodontic issues coexist.
